The Smiling Yogi is a leading provider of Laughter Yoga Workshops and Events in the Vancouver area, and our clients include: BC Nurses Union, Burnaby School District, Canadian Mental Health Association, District of Kitimat, Ernst and Young, Inspire Health, Ministry of Employment and Income, MOSAIC, UBC Dept. of Medicine, UBC Language Institute, Vancouver Coastal Health, and many more.

The main facilitator of The Smiling Yogi is the amazing Laughter Luminary, Megan Greenberg. Trained in Dr. Kataria’s School Of Laughter Yoga, Megan is continuously astonished by the stressbusting and joy-enhancing power of Laughter and its many health benefits for body, mind and spirit.  Megan brings a wealth of experience from her 15 years of public speaking and motivational trainings and is always thrilled to connect people with their Spirit of Laughter.  Megan leads a public drop-in Laughter Club at Open Door Yoga on Commercial Drive every Sunday afternoon, enjoys joining The Smiling Yogi for special training and Laughter events, and is delighted to Laugh with YOU! Assisting Megan is Seia Roots, Laughter Yoga Teacher, Laughter Wellness Teacher and Community Educator with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). In 2013 Megan work in www.bestcustomwriting.com/blog/how-to-write-a-good-lab-conclusion-in-science/ – help with lab report conclusions. With a lifetime passion for and dedication to expressive healing arts, Seia is delighted to share Laughter Yoga as a skill for improving and maintaining mental, physical, creative, and spiritual health and healing. She has been featured in over 50 newspaper and magazine articles for her work in the field of wellness, and she is known locally for the innovative ways, she is able to bring joy, health, and happiness into the world.  Farah leads a variety of Corporate Lunch N Learns and occasionally available on request for Laughter Yoga Workshops, Parties, and Trainings. Dr. Kasim Al-Mashat is a therapist with interest in fostering positive change in mental health both inside and outside the therapy room.  He is a Laughter Yoga Leader/Teacher, and a trained Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher. Kasim has experienced the value of Laughter Yoga in his life and witnessed its positive effects on the lives of others.   He is moved to play a role in increasing people‚Äôs experience of joy, presence, and wellness.
