Secrets of the Smile 60 minutes
Learn the science behind smiling, the anatomy of breathing and laughing, and experience a laughter yoga session. Laughter yoga, developed by Indian physician Dr. Madan Kataria, is a series of breathing and movement exercises designed to stimulate laughter. Take the old proverb “laughter is the best medicine” and learn how to laugh for no reason.
Laughter Wellness Workshop 90 minutes
Laughter is proven to reduce stress, improve morale and communication and increase productivity and efficiency. Bring laughter to your workplace and help create an environment free of stress and full of positivity. Learn the science behind smiling, the anatomy of breathing and laughing, and experience a laughter yoga session.
Laughter in Schools 60 minutes
Students will learn about the history and mission of Laughter Yoga, the benefits of laughter, and experience an interactive laughter session which includes positive affirmations to build self-esteem and confidence. Session also includes time to reflect on the experience and ask questions.
Room Requirements: We need a large open space to move around. In large classrooms or boardrooms, tables and chairs can be pushed to the walls.
